The holiday season is here and there are so many things to look forward to: great food, spending time with important people in your life, the magic of Christmas lights and some seriously decadent desserts! The holidays can also be difficult for hour emotional and mental health. Each week in December I am exploring four areas where mental health and the holidays intersect: at work, with family, within ourselves and our expectations for the new year.
